Every new member is required to start with one of our GREENStart Service packages. These services enable us to visit your business and provide you with on-site support – depending on the package selected – and includes your first years membership of Green Hospitality. You will then decide what follow on membership package and/or services you wish to receive. Download our flyer here.

GHP Certification Support Service

This service is designed to provide on-site support for a business who wishes to commence the Certification Programme. We will meet with your Green Leader/Team and go through the Online Green Folder, Certification Programme, associated documents, workbooks and forms/templates.

We will also conduct a general walk-through of the property to identify any low-hanging fruit – quick wins.

The cost of a Certification GREENStart service is E995 per property

Combined Certification and Resource Efficiency Health Check

Additional to Certification support this service focuses on identifying cost saving opportunities for the business with a particular emphasis on energy reduction opportunities. It is designed as a general scoping service. The service will include;

– Benchmarking – Energy & Water, with a waste cost overview
– Site Visit – a half day site visit including an overnight stay for accommodation providers
– Review report including a Benchmarking Analysis with a focus on energy costs, Identification of Energy, Water & Waste efficiency opportunities, Energy project grant aid opportunities and other sustainability and cost saving opportunities that we can see.
– The Enhanced service includes a return site visit to review the report and agree an action plan as well as a certification implementation assessment.

Our initial focus is on No and Low-Cost proposals and we aim to identify at least E1,000 worth of no cost solutions for the business. Following this review, we will make a next step engagement proposal, if relevant. We assess what we feel will best suit your needs and business and put forward a proposal.

The cost of a Standard Combined GREENStart is E1,250 per property (Recommended for businesses with Utility Costs less than E200,000)
The cost of an Enhanced Combined GREENStart is E1,750 per property (Recommended for businesses with Utility Costs more than E200,000)
