Its great to see Environmental Sustainability highlighted – however, we have been here before in the Tourism Action Plans. Don’t hold your breath – we seem incapable of adopting and implementing environmental sustainability as a core discipline within tourism and hospitality – we are very good at talking a lot about it though!
