Complaints:
Green Hospitality and Micro-Certification members have committed to maintain the criteria and standards set out for the certification award they have received. Whilst we conduct audits to verify that the criteria are maintained we also encourage all stakeholders to identify certified members who may not be living up to their commitments.
Following any complaint we will engage directly with the certified member to clarify their position and ask for a response to the complaint and, where identified, the actions and timeline for correcting any certification non-conformance (When making a complaint please provide us with complete details - we will only engage with complaints where the complainer clearly identifies themselves)
